On 9/8/21 the school board had a "special meeting" which was clearly about the mask mandate that was issued by the interim health secretary (who frankly has no power as they are NOT appointed yet) to be implemented on 9/7/21. Title 65 requires that the agenda for all regular and special meetings list all subjects that may be for deliberation. The agenda for this meeting was curiously missing a subject. It only listed the attendees and those who wished to speak.
The reason for this intentionally missed subject was so that if we parents tried to force them to vote they would claim the sunshine act would not allow them to vote because they didn't give notice of the vote in the agenda. This is a manipulation of the rules to fit their goals.
